As you are holding more than £250,000 of client money, in order to proceed with your application we need you to complete and pass a financial HealthCheck with our audit partner, the Letting Partnership . The cost of this audit is £300.00 plus VAT which is non-refundable even if either you or we cannot proceed with your application. Alternatively, you can provide us with an Accountant’s Declaration confirming that your client money systems and controls are in order and that your client accounts are operating correctly. We will require sight of the Declaration before we can confirm your membership.
